Each year for ExtraGive, Aaron’s Acres sets out to share the stories of our participants, families and staff, inspire repeat donors and engage new donors.
We are very thankful for the companies and businesses that partner with us on this day to extend those efforts further than we would be able to do on our own. This year we are partnering with more businesses than ever before and we would like to highlight them and their support for Aaron’s Acres!
Something new this year — Aaron’s Acres is proud to partner with 2 local businesses for Sponsor Match! Sponsor Match allows our organization to partner for extra dollars with local businesses or individual donors. Aaron’s Acres is partnering with the Garner-Bradshaw Team at Life Changes Realty Group and Miller’s Twist. Both business sponsors are supporters of Aaron’s Acres in other ways throughout the calendar year and we are excited to partner with them in a new way for ExtraGive.
When you donate to Aaron’s Acres starting at 11AM until 2PM, the Garner-Bradshaw Team at Life Changes Realty Group will match your donations up to a total of $1,500 in matching funds during this time period. When you donate to Aaron’s Acres from 5PM to 8PM, Miller’s Twist will match your donations up to a total of $1,500 in matching funds during this time period. Any time is a great time to donate ExtraGive, but during these special 3-hour Sponsor Match windows your donation can have double the impact!
In addition to our partnering businesses for Sponsor Match, the Aaron’s Acres team will be located throughout Lancaster County during ExtraGive. Thank you to the businesses that are supporting Aaron’s Acres by hosting across the county during this community-wide celebration of giving.
Aaron’s Acres will have a table set up outside of Grand Central Bagel Cafe on Centerville Road from 7AM to 10AM. Stop by our table to learn more about Aaron’s Acres, play a game or just to say hello! If you make an online donation during visit, a member of the Aaron’s Acres team will provide you a coffee cup for a free hot cup of coffee from the café!
During lunch, you will find Aaron’s Acres at Jersey Mike’s Subs on Fruitville Pike from 11AM to 2PM. You can also play games and win prizes at this location. It’s also a great time to make your donation and see it doubled with matching funds from Garner-Bradshaw Team at Life Changes Realty Group! If you choose to make an online donation to Aaron’s Acres during your visit, a member of our team will provide you with a coupon card for a free regular sub! You can play a game, win a prize, make a donation and grab a free sub for lunch!
Aaron’s Acres has a busy evening and you can find us at both the S. Dale High Leadership Center from 3PM to 6PM for the ExtraGive Celebration at Greenfield and Tellus360 from 2PM to 7PM for The Great Giving Gig: The Extraordinary Happy Hour. There will be games, drinks, food, music, entertainment and a whole lot of celebrating! Remember that Miller’s Twist will double your dollars from 5PM to 8PM! Aaron’s Acres is happy to be a part of the Greenfield community and will be joined by, Lafayette Fire Company, Lancaster EMS, Library System of Lancaster County Bookmobile, and Power Packs Project. Aaron’s Acres is excited to join Acorn Acres Wildlife Rehabilitation, Clare House, CWS Lancaster, Lancaster Public Library, Lancaster Pride, Lancaster REC, Music for Everyone and WriteFace for The Extraordinary Happy Hour as we build stronger communities, together.
